How much of what we know about the world is real? How much of what we have been taught is true? How little do we question what we have been told? Are we walking our own paths or are we travelling down one that another has laid out for us? Are we seeking diligently or are we behaving ritualistically? Who are the wolves in sheep's clothing? If we believe something to be real does that make it true? Are the thoughts in our head even our own? Why is it the religion I have been raised in my entire life has never sat right with me? When I strip away every title that I have given myself and the world has given me...Who am I?
These questions and more have been a splinter in the back of mind for many years. Over the decades they continued to fester until they could no longer be ignored. Eventually my every thought was dedicated to addressing these questions, so that I could finally remove the splinter and allow my mind to be at peace and heal.
