Great introduction

Learning a martial art using a book is never easy, but this book is a superb introduction to Krav-Maga, and the key moves that make are the basis for the sport. It is clear, very nicely illustrated and very accurate. It does not include every last little move, but it has all the important stuff. The style is clean and elegant.

Very good book

i don't agree.I felt this book was very good .Easy,simple and technically very good. I knew krav-maga already and this book helped me practicing these techniques.It also gave my friends a pretty idea of what krav maga is.I'm waiting for next book of this author, very impatiently
