Great fun!

With the rise of the popularity of the escape rooms, this book is definitely written for the lovers of those. It is full of clever puzzles, quirky, fun rooms to escape, oh and of course a murder to solve (with the one that most people think killed her as part of the group!). I sped through this book, envying how Carter, Beck, Adi, and Sierra could work together and solve the puzzles so quickly, even when they were so complicated. I guess if you are really smart, you can probably solve the puzzles in this book (and the murder) fairly quickly, but I had fun just following along for the ride and letting Team Helsing shine. Plus, it was nice to see though they weren't perfect, they each had strengths and quirks and it required all of them to figure their way out of the rooms. This was a fun book to read and I really enjoyed it. I am also looking forward to the next book, which is both exciting and frustrating as this one is brand new. But I am hooked and I want to see what Team Helsing can discover and puzzle their way out of next! Many thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for giving me the chance to read this!
