Great book if you can find it!

Checked this book out of the library and loved it. Recipes are healthy, delicious, varied, and easy. Preparation is mostly done in a food processor which takes little time and effort. In this era of healthy and vegetarian eating and the ubiquitous food processor, it's amazing that there is not a new printing of this book.
