Everything I wrote in these three collections of poetry are what I would call reactive work, and is completely authentic to the "me" that was writing at the time. Although I do not necessarily still hold all that I have written to be as true or as agreeable as I did before, I can say for certain that I had been loyal to the constant, yet constantly changing tide of my mind. And I had always thought of them as my own Michel de Montaigne's Essais as they are very much a biography of my learnings, understandings, and thoughts. Inspirations mainly sprang in three ways: Seemingly divine inspiration out of nowhere. Reaction to real life events. Reaction to readings: 1. If I disagree, it'll inspire me to write something down. 2. If I agree, it'll inspire me to write something down. 3. And finally, sometimes it just starts my mind on a whole journey paved on whatever theory is being discussed, until my ideas become what I believe to be a possible evident fragment of the ultimate truth at the moment of writing. It's impossible to acknowledge every existent idea that has inspired me ever, as my mind is very much like a soup of thoughts; it's all well mixed together. Though some flavors or ingredients are more prominent; if they are at the forefront, you'd see me mention them directly. In these three collections I had always followed my mind and soul faithfully. Though I think it'll take a stranger to make sense of them. That is if there's any sense to be derived from them at all. Notes added: October 18, 2024 No content change since March 2020. And no format and upload changes since November 2020.
