A good simple dream journal

This is a simple good dream journal -- this is my second copy. It is a hardcover with spiral binding has lined pages and gives you room with date, time, day of the week. After writing, I pull out my dream books to check out certain words or images that stand out in the description of the dream. It helps to have the book with a pen handy nearby your bed so you can start writing as soon as you wake. The illustrations inside are Victorian era and tend to reflect some nightmare dream aspect. I wouldn't say they inspire my dreams but add to some version of what the author views dreams to be. Moody, atmospheric, dark. The original version comes paired with its own dream symbol dictionary.
