The Doctrine of Perfection

Is PERFECTION possible? Scripture says, Yes One of the most misunderstood topics in the Bible is that of perfection, or more precisely, the doctrine of perfection in the Body of Christ. Here are some of the statements I've heard referring to those of us who are saved: "We're not perfect." "No one is perfect." "Only one was perfect, and that was Jesus." "We all sin." "No one can live above sin." We must study God's Word to show ourselves approved unto God. You are what you are and you become what you want to be. Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. (2 Tim 2:15 NIV)
