Very helpful book for a new diabetic!

This is a very helpful book on what to eat and how to cook acceptable diabetic meals. Being identified as a diabetic with a blood sugar of 533 (what a shock!) I was very unsure of what I needed to do to rescue my diet. My blood sugar 2 years later is now 6.0, not 11.3. I highly recommend this book.
