Sandra at her Romantic Best!

Kerry Bishop was looking for a mercenary soldier, someone who was disreputable and fearless, who could help her rescue nine orphans from a war-torn country. That type of man would be the only kind of person able to help her accomplish her mission. So disguised as a hooker, she entered the bar. Linc O'Neal, world renowned photojournalist, sat at the bar celebrating the fact that he would be leaving this god-forsaken country where he had just completed his assignment. He was tired, dirty and looked just as bad as some of the local patrons. Perhaps he was celebrating just a little too much because the hooker who just walked up to him looked too good to be true. But he was on his way out of the country and had no time for her. Little did he know that his plans were about to change! Was Kerry able to get this mean-looking man to help her? You will have to read the book to find out the rest of the story. If you think this sounds interesting--it is. And does it get any better--it sure does. Riveting! Keeps you on your toes! I couldn't put it down!

Another great novel by Sandra Brown! The plot moves along with excitement and intensity. You feel almost as if you are there with the characters experiencing the same things. The tension between the two major characters is spellbinding. I couldn't put the book down until I finished the whole thing!

It was Great!!!

I have read this book and I thought it was wonderful! Of course, I am a softy when it comes to love scenes. You know, where the guy says "I love you" to the girl for the first time. What I liked most about this book, though, was the fact that it wasn't so far-fetched as to make people believe that it could never happen.The fact that he risked life and limb to help her was realistic in itself. I especially loved the ending, though. All in all, it was a terrific book!

A THRILL OF VICTORY! VERY THRILLING

Sandra Brown has done it again. I have read everything she had written, but this one "A Thrill of Victory." was the best yet. From the very beginning when you first was introduced to Judd and until the very end when Stevie over camed her problem. This book was WELL written, and Sandra really brought her characters to life. So if you want a REALLY good book to cruel up with tonight. I recommend this book.
