A GREAT FOLLOW-UP TO SHOTGUN BRIDE

Another great book with a touch of mystery, suspense and romance.This is "Hawk" Hawkins friend "Ash" that we met in Shotgun Bride.Ash, Hawk and Jacob were sworn to remain bachelors - that is until our lady heriones show up.Kelly, being Ash's ex, had an inside touch to his emotions and hormones. Their hormones seemed to act up when ever the two got too close to each other.Working together, they posed questions to each other on the murder suspects and not getting the right answers. Changing their thinking of the murder suspect, they approached their bosses and were told to figure out the funny little quirks that were showing up.Neither one had delt with the loss of their child. Kelly could not deal with Ash's accusation that she may have been responsible for the loss. He may have been right?Ash found it hard to deal with Kelly turning away from him. He hurt too.Ah, but the murder was bringing them together in ways that were hard to ignore. It appears that their love for each other was still there.We meet up with Hawk and Renee again and their lovely daughter.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -- a wonderful reading edition to any library.

Kelly and Ash are perfect to each other !! Kelly is an D.Atttorney and she's investigating a murder into the highest society , and who is going to help her ....her ex-husband Detective T.Ashcroft . When the get separated the situation betwenn them was not solved but they were both hurt and didin't even try to talk to each other ; now they have to face their problem and working day after day and night after night together , this is the last thing they both want but they both have a surprise when realize that the atraction betwenn them is stronger than ever and they wanted each other with the same breathless hunger they've always felt !! Has i said ...wnderfull story !! Loved it !!

Exciting romantic suspense

They find that they have to risk both physical harm and that even greater risk--their hearts. Author Leann Harris delivers a page-turning mix of sexual tension and adventure. Although clues to the identity of the real killer soon emerge, finding enough evidence to convict is harder, and Harris does a fine job describing the investigation and the dangers that face her protagonists. Fans of romantic suspense may find that, like me, they couldn't stop reading until they had finished this fine novel.
