Interesting Choice

I enjoyed the book very much. I found Rose's choice not to keep trying to clear her name a interesting thing for her to do. It fit with her character that she didn't take the easy way out. Is this book linked to another? It seems the sister has a story.

A Woman With A Back Bone

I don't want to give the plot away but I will say this the main character's Mathieu and Rose are well suited to one another. He has a will of iron and she has the will to withstand him as well as stand up to him. When he makes a mistake in identity believing Rose to be someone else he met in his past. This story has two stories within one the main story of Mathieu and Rose's relationship developing and blossoming as well as the more intricate and dysfunctional relationship Mathieu has with his father. I liked it because the author seemed as though she enjoyed writing it and she created a heroine that wasn't a push over no matter how hard she was pushed, she pushed back.
