Summary

She's the daughter of the Governor. He's Miles the charmer Fortune triplet. They meet in a hotel room with a window toward the courtyard as a planter fell on to him and covers him with soil. He removes his shirt and coat and the flashbulb of the reporters start flashing. They are front page news -world wide. The governor summons them to his office, trying to save the election and asks them to say they were secretly engaged an upcoming press conference. Everyone loves a wedding and will forgive any indiscretions. While they play out this charade they fall in love for real and she goes to her dad to tell him they will really be married on Valentines day as proposed. But she sees a check for Miles from dad who verified that it was for services rendered plus the bonus check to double the fee if Miles actually went through with the wedding which the Gov. said was said in jest. She is devastated but Miles goes to her and irons it all out to yet another HEA.
