If the publisher, Agre Books, ever takes this copyright 2001, out-of-print book to a 2nd printing, Stephen Hall could add a chapter about pasties in the USA. He could write about the areas where you find pasty shops and how you can buy them over the internet from places in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
