Sent incorrect one AND what was sent was completely used up…this is NOT “good condition”

Over half the book is gone

There is supposed to be 21cootie catchers in the brand new one. I only received 7 of them!!! That's over half of the book missing!!! I think it should have been way cheaper than what I paid. Also it was written in on some of the catchers so really I got less than 7 usable ones. Really don't know why it was even able to be sold!!!
