This is the story of Sandra LeSourd and her battle with alcohol and addictions to shopping and food. She tells the story of her struggles with addiction and the story of her life and she helps you understand what drives women to compulsions, dependencies and life-theatening addictions. She also identifies a number of emotional disorders and tells about co-dependancy. She tells how she restored her self-worth. I found it very interesting and helpful.

Must Read!

This book should be read by all women with tendencies to rely on outside influences for their own emotions. Great tips for learning to appreciate yourself without putting down the importance of others. Don't be dependent on others or other things for your happiness any more. Read this book!

Excellent book!

This book is very imformative & an interesting read. It's hard to put down. I would like to read her other books now. It should be required reading for anyone with compulsive tendencies.
