Terrible book

This book is a waste of money. The maybe 20 pages of information can easily be found on Google. Every single recipe includes ingredients in which she says to AVOID! What a joke. Not one single recipe for say Salmon, a food she says TO eat. Yet 5 recipes for beef (avoid) and 1 recipe with imitation crab, which is a highly nasty processed fake crab product. This book belongs in the trash!!
