For those who have written a review of Dr. Johnson's book and hope for an updated version to be written, I thought that I'd inform you that Dr. Norman Johnson, my Uncle, passed away in 1992.

Indispensible Book for Dog Owners

This book is by far the most comprehensive, most helpful book i've come across in a long time. I've had this book for 8 years now and it has brought me great comfort and advise in raising my dog.

Complete Puppy and Dog Care

I bought my first copy of this excellent book many years ago, and it has seen me through healthy and happy ownership of five dogs. I had been thinking of updating it, but had found nothing near to meeting it's great information stores. Thrilled to see it in an "updated" version, I bought it. It is the exact same book as my 1977 copy, with a new cover, and a new publisher. No updated info, no new stuff. A very good dog care book, but be aware it is not newly updated.
