This should be in every Vegan "starter" kit!

This book is so great! The book has a 3 week meal plan at the beginning of the book followed by all of the recipes. There's a ton of variety and the recipes are so approachable. I've been happily vegan for 5 years and I still learned a lot and look forward to making these recipes for years to come. I am going to start buying this book for anyone I know who is interested being more plant-based.
