This book saved my life!

I was recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and wanted to dig deeper into why this was happening to me at such an early age of 47. I was limping and the doctor said I might need a hip replacement. No more pain! I can climb the stairs without Pain! I started the regiment on a Thursday and as soon as the next morning the pain was gone and my limp had began to disipate!
