Good prep for the CQE - even better summary of Quality mgt

Excellent prep for the CQE exam. Pyzdek, well known in the Quality Engineering/Management profession, takes the CQE bibliography line item by line item and gives you the requirements/answers need to pass the exam. For those not prep-ing for the CQE or new to the Quality movement, this text is an even more impressive summary of what all levels of managemnet should be doing in all of there endevors. As the book explains, Quality is first a belief system, a mind set per se, then it is a set of tools and process to achieve what ever your goal may be. I highly recommend this book to MBAs and Quality professionals alike!
