This book helped me to understand a lot about the changes that go on during pregnancy to understand why/how post natal exercises should be modified. I wish there were a book as complete as this for use during pregnancy. This book is excellent. Read it before the baby is born because it has a lot of data to go through!

After getting a reading this book, I felt like I wasted my money on 2 other pregnancy workout books that I had already purchased!! This book is great!! It explains the 4 layers of abdominal muscles and how to strengthen each of them. My only concern with this book, as with all of them, is that no one addresses the issue of the stretched skin that lies on top of those muscles!
