Fasting to health

This is a good guide book to fasting, with the intention to reverse Type II Diabetes so as to heal the body through alternate day and extended fasting. All major world religions practice some form of fasting to clear the mind. It gives some historic background and offers a practical way from fasting a few hours to days. It is sound advice back to basic to restore health. The Tao of health is to maintain a good balance –eating too much, such as buffet is detrimental to health!
