In 2017, I was inspired to publish my first book entitled The Military Transition Challenge: Essential Perspectives for Civilian Career Positioning. It provided military members and veterans with information and tools to assist in their transition from military to civilian status. While the overall tone was directed at military members and veterans, the principles and concepts can also be applied to the public sector.

In 2019, I published my second book, The Career Positioning Challenge: Essential Career Perspectives and Insights. This book was an extension of and companion text to my first book and brought a career positioning to working professionals.

Since my last publication, I have been asked by many clients, colleagues, veterans, and military members to create a single blended one-stop book on career positioning. The result was the merge of my two previous books into a single comprehensive guide that provides a current and relevant perspective on career positioning for anyone wanting to maximize their opportunities and take control of their career.
