Is nudity comfortable? For nudists and naturists, it is Without any doubt. But for non nudists and naturists, it is far from being comfortable. It's shamefull at best, totally gross at worst. But why, since it's our primal costume? Why have we become so prude? Society, culture and religion all play a role in the relationship we entertain with our body. I wrote this little book to demystify nudity and demonstrate that nudity is not only comfortable but totally normal and natural.
