Open heart surgery never felt so good!

I am a student of Dr. Tom Nash and found this book to be the most entertaining reading last year (1997). Dr. Nash's ability to grab the readers attention and send their emotions on a roller-coaster ride is phenomenal. His portrayal of his dog Nippy was wrenching, while the story of Duchess sent my tear ducts into overdrive. Indeed Dr. Nash performed life saving surgery in my relationship with my father. I now have a grip on how we should all, Christian or not, effectively communicate with those we love.
