This book is clear, concise and easy to understand. However; IMHO "Chi Gung" written by L.V. Carnie. is superior because of better illustrations, and about 40% more exercizes to try
Very informative, helpful book skillfully written!

I thoroughly enjoyed this well written book. I had never practiced Chi Kung and saw Mr. MacRitchie's first book Chi Kung- Cultivating Personal Energy in the bookstore and decided to give it a try. I really enjoyed that book and am so glad he has written another book on the subject. His writing is simple, clear, and informative. His directions are easy to follow. The daily practice of Chi Kung has changed my life. I would recommend it to anyone. Read This Book! You will enjoy it!
