I must say, this book is a great source for the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation. It provides very simple and easy to follow instructions on the practical aspects that meditators new and old face. As a yoga teacher I would not hesitate to refer students and aspirants to this simple, straightforward, and grounded teaching above the many more circuitous approaches that are available.
