The Bohmian dialogue is as yet little known in supervision and coaching and has scarcely been researched. This research gap is being addressed by interviewing supervisors who work with the dialogue about their practice. It is demonstrated that working with the dialogue is not limited in terms of fields and topics, but that it must be adapted to the context in order to be relevant. The potential of the dialogue lies in addressing the increasing complexity within organisations, coaching and supervision by fostering reflective capacity, collective understanding, creativity and trust through the specific setting.
