Arrived on time Good book

A godsend.

This little book helped pull me through one of the worst depressions I have ever been through. In the end, I did need hospitilisation as my depression was quite a bit more than the mild variety, but reading this book everyday reminded me that God is there for us in our suffering, and He has given us the tools to heal ourselves. Non-Christians may be put off as this is Bible-based, however I myself am not a traditional Christian and still found the love of God contained in this book.

I'm glad it is a small book

The bipolar friend I gave this book too appreciated the size being small and was more willing to read it than he would have a thick "too-much-information" book. It is a great size to carry around without being conspicuous.

Read it, utilize the information, & see changes in your life

This book is written very simply and to the point. If the informaton given is utilized, it could bring about amazingly successful changes in your ability to deal with and overcome stress and anxiety.

If the information is followed -- It simply works!!!

It is easy to understand, easy to follow, and full of God's word. I experienced some life-shattering events causing anxiety and depression. By following the instructions in the book, I was able to see the sunshine in my world again. Thank you Dr. Colbert.
