I did not know the acupuncture therapy could be so easy to do. My friend recommended this book to me, I thought I could spare some 10 dollars for a book that talks about health. It talks about how to use and maintain our own body that we have always taken for granted. It gives dozens of practical methods I can easily follow, the idea of staying healthy and disease prevention becomes more realistic. I also love the graphical illustrations this book provides. We really should be responsible for our own health before disease strikes. Nowadays, is there anything more valuable then a well functioning body and mind?

My wife bought this book "The Best Doctor In You", written by Wendy Wang. She made my headache gone by using the method from the book. That leads me to the book- Jingluo world. The book is easy to be read and simple to be followed. This is good for people don't like complicate. Now when I sit in the commute train, I will press and massage my Tai-yang points, Feng-chi points, Tian-zhu points and other points. I really benefit from doing those. No headache knocks me down since I did the massage to myself. If you really want to get help to become healthier, this not expensive but useful book will be the good choice for you.
