The BEPSEE Triangle is a model for child social protection and poverty reduction that has the potential to contribute to the fight against poverty in developing countries, particularly in Africa. This model is based on three key concepts, each of which forms a corner of the BEPSEE Triangle: 1. Children's financial education; 2. Children's financial inclusion; 3. The development of limited companies (practical tools for children to learn about entrepreneurship). This model aims to combat poverty effectively by building human capacity, from an early age, in the area of material wealth creation. In practical terms, this involves introducing simple, practical tools into households that both capture micro-savings and channel them to banks. The banks then allocate these funds effectively by financing projects to set up limited companies. This model is being implemented in the Democratic Republic of the Congo by BEPSEE SARL in partnership with Procredit Bank. The model enjoys a very high level of social acceptance.
