Ghostly Encounters

I have read all of Elizabeth Matusiak's books and couldn't put them down. It's fascinating reading and I can truly relate to everything she talks about and is discribing; since I'm a frequent visitor to the Gettysburg Battlefield and am fascinated with history.

GREAT BOOK

I THINK ELIZABETH MATUSIAK DID A GREAT JOB ON WRITING THIS BOOK. THE STORIES KEEP YOU IN SUSPENSE AND YOU CAN NOT WAIT TO READ THE NEXT ONE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ELIZABETH.

A Great Ghost/History Book

I have read both of Ms. Elizabeth Matusiak's books and I must say that both her books are outstanding. It's gives the history of where the ghost sighting occured and the spooky tail. And I love the colored pictures in the second book, I can't wait for BattleField Dead Volume 3 to come out. I'm sure it's going to be just a spooky as the first and second books were. It made the hair on my head stand up. Judy B. from, N.Y.

The Battlefield Dead

One of the most fascinating aspects of "The Battlefield Dead" are the excellent pictures Ms. Matusiak collected. She writes with a style that is easy to read, and she provides an excellent background and history of the Civil War. "The Battlefield Dead" gives the reader a clear and concise picture of the torment that the soldiers and nurses went through, complete with pictures of the spirits reamining behind. The fact that she compiled stories from many people who have visited these historical sites just validates her beliefs even more. The Battlefield Dead is a trip through history, easy to read, fascinating, and gave me a chill down my spine. I recommend it to anyone who has an interest in the supernatural or the history of Gettysburg.
