Simple stretches and poses, as well as basic breathing exercises, are fully discussed and illustrated with full-color photographs in this straightforward and very clear introductory guide to the joy of yoga relaxation and invigoration.

Stretch & Relax in the Bathtub

After a busy day , what a wonderful way to do something special for yourself! I never considered the concept of doing stretching in the tub. What a simple, brilliant way to relax, stretch, and have a quiet meditative moment. This book describes many ways to do just that. The book is clear, easy to follow and very beautiful to look at. As a person who has exercised in a gym and class setting for many years, I am thrilled to have discovered this new way to add a peaceful, yet so productive activity to my day. It is so obviously perfect, I can't believe I never thought of it myself.

Even just looking at this beautiful book makes me feel calmer and I get to do these great stretches that I wouldn't have time to do with 2 babies.
