Read Atomic Habits instead, it is a much better read and a lot easier to digest.

Good for interpersonal relations

This book is great for learning not only how to talk to others, but how to talk to yourself. The majority of the book talks about different relationship advice (not romantic) and uses personal anecdotes as the framing device. It is worth a read, especially if you have issues with talking to people.
