JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED

I found this book delightful. I laughed in the beginning of the book when No-Account Savage sang in church, I laughed at the end of the book when Preacher Perfect finally went to go get Hope (No-Account)at a destination not quite to his liking and I laughed or smiled at all the pages in between. Thank you Monica for a book that helped me forget the worries of the world for a while. Can't wail to read your next book.

Very funny!

I found the brashness of the heroine very refreshing in this romance! Her fiestiness combined with her "Preacher Perfect" hero make for a great twist reminiscent of Pygmalion. It's not for those who prefer "serious" romantic novels, but if you love books with zany humor this is the one for you.

What a Romp!

Monica Roberts' first offering is a delightful, touching story that moves the reader in a multitude of ways. I do not usually read historical romance, but the characters in this book are so real, the dialogue and narrative so amusing, and the plot so engrossing that it kept me up way past my bedtime. I can't wait for her next book!

Tempted

Tempted is a very easy read. From the first page to the last it is an engrossingly funny love story and was impossible to put down. I enjoyed it tremendously! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a lighthearted romance.
