Education is going through one of the most complex and challenging periods in its recent history. The social, familial, technological, and emotional transformations our students are experiencing are reflected daily in classrooms, demanding much more from teachers than simply transmitting content. Today, we are asked to understand, support, guide, and include, often without having the necessary tools to do so.

This book arises from this real need. It doesn't stem from distant theory, but from daily practice, from the living classroom, from direct experience with diverse students, with different backgrounds, abilities, talents, and difficulties that don't always find answers in traditional educational models.
