Great for first-time LA teachers!

This book is a comprehensive guide to teaching LA, and it's well worth the money. It gives great examples of lesson and activity ideas. There's also plenty of information about middle-schoolers in general, which is great for those of us who have moved from other grades or other jobs. It is an 'easy' read (no technical jargon) and well worth the money.
