Good food

I just replaced my original copy, which had become spattered and tattered through years of use. It has many ethnic recipes the way your grand parents or great grandparents prepared them, as well as a brief history of these foods. My background incudes German ancestry, and this book has the best recipe for sauerbraten I have ever tasted. It's probably how my grandmother made it as a young woman around 1900.
