Franco Brescia was born in Tanga Tanzania from Italian and British-French parents, he has two brothers. He grew up travelling across East Africa when his parents went on numerous Safaris, Ngorongoro Crater Serengeti Kilimanjaro just to name a few, the family settled in Kigoma by Lake Tanganyika for fifteen years.
