A complete program for women

I have been following this book for four weeks now and I would definitely recommend it. The eating plan is seensible and easy to follow, even with cooking for a family I find it easy to adapt to our lifestyle and we are all eating better. THe toning exercises take only 20 minutes that pass by quickly and I have alreay seen results. I have recommended it to friends and family who have inquired about what I have been doing, I see a definite change in my appearance as well as feeling stronger, healthier and committed to changing my lifestyle.

No Spring Chicken, But That's O.K.

Women aged 35 and older get an intelligent, not demeaning approach to self-improvement from Wills, who takes the holistic approach. Checklists designed to help determine ideal weight goals are followed with weekly pages for keeping track of measurements, weights and proportions.
