Type II diabetes is one of the fastest growing epidemics in America Once called "adult onset diabetes" it's now showing up in school-aged children. After reading this book, you should understand more about managing it than many healthcare professionals.
I have had occasion to read "Surviving Type II Diabetes" several times and have tested its "suggestions" on myself. It has worked for me. It has also opened the eyes of my primary care physician who now sees that more understanding is required before drugs are employed. I highly recommend the book.

This small book is packed with information. I read it through in one sitting; it was that great. Dr. Boatright takes up where Dr. Berstein and Dr. Atkins and Drs. Eades sort of left us Type II diabetics on our own. The advice is the best of the latest research and the practical tips are for every day use. Dr. Boatright takes a complex subject and brings Type II diabetes management down to earth. I look forward to his upcoming cookbook.
