My long journey with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue started with a car accident in the mid 1990's. It has been a frustrating ride through the medical system; and the impacts on all aspects of my life have been extreme. I learned you have to be your own advocate for health and life. Hitting bottom was frightening, with a life-changing, and unexpected bounce. I have worked hard to live my best life the best I can, and it is finally paying off.
