Excellent Book

First of all, I would like to clarify something...this book may be of local interest, but it is also of interest to anyone who would like to learn of the legends and lore of our magnificent Superstition Wilderness Area, of which, I have met quite a few. Second, Tom Kollenborn is not publishing fiction...do the research and you will see that everything is factual. Finally, this book was not meant to be a map to find the Dutchman's Mine, it was meant as a brief history into the lives of the incredible people who have lived and thrived in the Superstitions and who, by the way, deserve our respect for the lifestyle they choose in this rugged and wild wilderness. Men like Al Morrow, Doc Rosencrans, Ed Piper, and Jay Clapp lived and sometimes died for what they believed in and even an incredible and stubborn woman named Celeste Maria Jones joined the ranks. Read the book and learn for yourselves the lengths to which man will go for what he believes in, what he loves, and what he is willing to die for.
