Great Job Andy

Being a professional in the Human Resources field, I found this book to be extremely helpful. It is brilliantly written and makes it's point very well. It is not dry or clinical and very enjoyable to read - hysterically funny in many places. The author has obviously done his homework and seems to have interviewed the leading professional in the field. I recommend this book highly.
