There are two ways to live a life. The first is by Default. The second is by Design.
To live by default is to outsource the architecture of your existence to society, culture and the market. In India, the default path is incredibly rigid and notoriously unforgiving. It begins with the relentless pressure of the educational funnel, transitions into the desperate pursuit of a 'stable' corporate or government title and culminates in the heavy, debt-laden acquisition of physical assets - a house, a car, a socially acceptable wedding. We are taught to trade our time for money, our health for status and our peace for the applause of people we barely know.
To live by design, however, requires a radical, uncomfortable act of rebellion. It requires you to step out of the machinery and ask a terrifying question: 'What if everything I was taught about success is actually preventing me from being free?'
This workbook is your manual for that rebellion. It is not designed to offer gentle encouragement; it is designed to completely rewire how you interact with capitalism, human relationships and your own biology.
