A Cryptozoo Classic

I first ran across this text when I was eight years old, and it inspired multiple readings. Each story is engaging and fun to read, and while they don't offer any new insight into the mysteries they discuss, the stories contain the same unexplainable enthusiasm that surrounds books of the same era. The story of Old Mose, the demon like bear, is especially entertaining. As always, some of the vague references to sightings will make sceptics snort disdainfully, but for anyone who is interested in the discipline of cryptozoology at all, it's a good beginning and a good refresher to remind you why you were so excited about the unexplained to begin with.
