Stormwatcher: A view from the inside

By David G Kelly

Stormwatcher: a view from the inside. The author worked as both a patient care technician and later as a therapist within a private psychiatric hospital. With a deep understanding of the challenges that those with mental health issues face, and a personal history of the authors own challenges with mental health over many years.
This book only scratches the surface with a small glimpse into the world of psychiatric disorders through the medium of poetry. All is not darkness though, there is a light at the end of the tunnel even if it does seem hard to reach it.
If you find yourself dealing with any kind of mental distress don't suffer in silence, please tell someone and seek help. Its nothing to be ashamed of. Reach out and talk to someone that can help one day you'll be glad you did.
