Simply wonderful

I purchased several copies of this book years ago for my own children and to give as gifts. It is my godchild's favorite book to read at night. The familiar parables are given an amusing twist with illustrations which enhance the story line and strengthen the underlying lesson. I love this book for both the content and the illustrations and would love to see it reprinted.

FANTASTIC BOOK!

This book is great! The pictures are creative and funny. My children love this book. We have many, many bible story books, but this one is a favorite!

Print it again!

I can't believe this book is out of print. I came on-line to order 5 of them so I'd always be prepared with a baby gift. This book tells the parables in a very creative and simple way without being either silly or empty. It speaks to me everytime I read it to my children.

Please bring it back!

This is an outstanding bible book for toddlers and preschoolers. The illustrations are endearing and the stories are simple but "on the mark." I especially love the use of the actual bible verse in adult wording following each story. Please bring it back!

I LOVE this book!

The pictures are plentiful and delightful! With only a few lines to read on each page, this book holds the attention of my three small children. Although it is simple enough for a very young child, I enjoy reading it as well. It is a favorite book in our home and we are sure to wear it out before my children are five.It includes the following parables of Jesus: The Lost Sheep, The Pearl of Great Price, The Two Sons, The Foolish Man and The Wise Man, The Ten Silver Coins, The Eye of the Needle, The Good Samaratin, and The Rich Farmer.
