Great little book - timely and informative

This is a clear, well written explanation of just about everything you need to know if you run into unmanageable debt. More specifically, how to handle yourself when you are in the difficult position of being hounded by collectors. Many readers will find the sample ready-to-use letters listed in the appendix to be invaluable by themselves. Knowledge is power and this is an empowering book. Easily read. No fluff. Just good, solid advice.

This book is the best and most thorough I have read on Debt Collection. The sample letters are helpful and most of all it lets me know the info I have been missing on how to handle debt collection. Knowing I have rights is what makes this book better than the rest. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with debt collection. Couldn't give it a higher rating! A++

Debt collectors want a war? Bring it on!

This is an excellent book! It takes you through the in's and out's of the credit and debt collection laws and makes everything simple. How to handle debt collectors, your legal rights, and even sample letters! This really has it all! If the debt collectors want a war, blind side them with your legal rights!!!
