Life is shorter for some than for others and sometimes our children need help coping with the loss. This book was born from the loss of my mother and the need to help my little sister cope on a human level. It is also for the children and families who have lost a loved one for various reasons;HIV/AIDS, cancer, drug overdose, 9/11, drunk driving and the list goes on. These short stories give children and families tools of ways to cope, deal and heal. It is my goal to help families in a way in which I could have used the help when my mother passed.
